I can’t log in now
so I don’t know what to do right now, I’m very very sad/mad so if any of you know what I should do please tell me :(

Palpable radial pulses do not exclude a vascular injury because the rich collateral network may lead to normal physical examination findings. Objective evaluation may be performed with the Allen test, in which there is compression and sequential release of the ulnar and radial artery to evaluate perfusion of the palmar arch. The gold standard imaging modality for vascular injury is conventional arteriography (shown), which can identify the precise location of injury. Noninvasive imaging modalities include duplex ultrasonography and CT angiography.
It’s been a while since the last time I blogged (or reblogged) stuff here.
Well, I was in the middle of studying pharmacological treatments for heart failure when these doubts suddenly came into my mind then I became worried/excited about my future.
I’m almost there. By the end of 2012 I will be graduating from medical school and I will have the “Bachelor of Medicine” behind my name. And then comes clinical years.
Why ‘doubts’? Because I don’t know what I’m gonna plan after I get an MD. It seems like the more you learn the more you understand that this is a very fully competitive field and I just seem to be losing my motivation lately.
(I call it pre-final mood syndrome which happens every six months).
